About who needs care: My father-in-law is 99 and in good health. He lives in an Accessory Dwelling Unit on our property independently. He is a very happy person and easy to get a long with. He is fully competent. About the care needs: We would like to have some light housecleaning, companionship, help motivating him to do his exercises and get outside in good weather. The ideal caregiver is a good listener. Someone that can connect well with elderly people, likes to laugh and listen to stories. Services needed include: light housekeeping, companionship, and light mobility assistance (he uses a walker independently, but for his physical therapy exercises he could use some support). Schedule: Very flexible - I had to select a day, but we are looking for once a week (any day except Wednesday). Could even be every other week to start.
