About who needs care: Onset dementia short term memory loss. My dad refuses to leave his home , he watches a lot of tv , the dementia causes him to forget when he ate last , to charge his cell phone , to change clothes and bath . About the care needs: My dad was a mechanic for all his life and a car buff . He's not well traveled but is interested in watching a learning about other areas of the world . He used to play dominoes with me but has lost interest in almost everything now . Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
