My fiance was diagnosed with severe PCS/TBI and I am struggling keeping up with everything around the house as I try to care for him, work my own job, etc. I need help for about 20-25 hours / week cooking 2 meals / day, doing laundry, cleaning, running errands, tending to whatever my fiance needs as he struggles moving about and finding things 24/7. We live downtown Seattle so everything is walkable :) Walking our adorable bernedoodle once/day is a bonus, too ;) I'm thinking Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11am-5 p.m. and occasional weekends and occasional 4-5 day stretches when I have to be out of town for the next 6 months. Someone who has a lot of experience preparing delicious meals that are high in protein would be awesome! As that's the main thing I'm struggling with!
