About who needs care: My parents need full time assistance in regards to walking, bathing, and medications. Both parents have some Dementia, so memory care knowledge would be valuable. My Father is a 2 assist transfer and you will be working with a co-worker. My Mother is very mobile, but does use a walker and requires assistance with dressing and bathing. You will have a co-worker with you the entire 12 shift during the day. Night shift is 12 hours and requires parents to be watched through a child monitor and may require some assistance if they wake up during the night. This basically is just reassurance and putting them back to sleep. You will be provided a bedroom for comfortability and privacy for night shifts. We are looking for someone to join our strong team. Starting pay is 23. 00 for day shift and 20. 00 for night. We look forward to speaking to you. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
