About who needs care: Parkinson, weak muscles with upcoming eye surgeries. About the care needs: Gentle, kind, hard working, attentive, experienced. Familiar with bodily ailments of parkinson and routine CNA understanding. Able to walk my mother around the home and make sure she doesn't fall. She has some freedom but she needs someone to walk her and Warm up food. There will be light cleaning if my mom drops her food, tissues, or paper on the floor. Some laundry if we run out of underwear for her as she can have accidents. My mother struggles to keep her closet clean or make her bed (light tasks). The most important task is being next to my mom and assisting her when scheduled. We the family manage the home. We just can't be walking her to the bathroom 24/7. We are flexible with schedule.
