About who needs care: My mom has cancer and is in hospice at home. Her husband of 45 years is home with her and is doing his best to make sure she is safe and cared for, but he needs help. Me or my sister are there most days too. We need help moving her to do personal care, keeping the linens clean, and getting her in her wheelchair to go outside. We would like someone to come mornings for a few hours a few days a week to help and so her husband can go do errands. *We are flexible about which days but would like someone 3 or 4 days a week. About the care needs: Reliable is very important. Kind, funny, experience caring for someone with memory issues and cancer preferred. Someone who likes animals. Services needed include: feeding, moving, and dressing.
