My mom is dealing with a form of Parkinsons. She is a champion and refuses to give in and keeps trying hard every day to do better. However, my family and I feel it is time to seek private home healthcare. We are looking for an ongoing commitment. My mom lives in a home in Matteson, Illinois. We are looking for someone who is kind, gentle and patient with seniors. Duties would include but not limited to, the following: Help needed with bathing, dressing, meal preparation and light housekeeping. Also providing companionship and social interaction. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Transportation (doctor's appointments, grocery shop, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Looking for someone to work 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
