Our primary concerns are: transportation on Saturdays to/ from physical therapy. Caregiver must have their own car (SUV's are too large for client to manage with injury). Caregiver must have valid car insurance. Also, caregiver must have training/experience with ambulatory assistance and gate belt. Our secondary concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Light Meal Preparation, Companionship. Client was in recent accident, and is now a fall risk. She needs ambulatory assistance, per diem. She does not have a special diet, but her salt intake is being monitored. Also, she has a small dog.
