About who needs care: This would be to help care for my grandmother who is 101 and uncle who is disabled. They are needing help with organizing, cleaning, laundry and errands. About the care needs: They need someone who will take orders very well and not debate back. They are very specific in what they want/need and set in their ways. Looking for someone who is gentle but does not speak to them like they are little children. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
