I am looking for a consistent housekeeper for all areas of my house. I plan to start with three days a week to establish a routine and determine if more or less time will be needed. I want one person cleaning my house and it must be the same person every time. I have tried cleaning services, and that setup does not work for me. I want a true housekeeper that knows how to keep a house clean without being told what to do next. I will pay an hourly rate.
I want bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, 1-2 loads of laundry, vacuuming and dusting in living room and den, and the bedrooms kept clean and neat. Linens washed once per week. If the tasks require more time than originally planned for, we can discuss more hours or adjust the requirements according to what makes most sense.
