I need to hire someone to clean my parents vacation rental, located on their property. This is a recurring job that will be rather consistent weekly and sometimes bi-weekly. We need someone who can be available for days of checkouts and sometimes days of check-ins. Each rental will require, sweeping the entire house, mopping (we use swifter on our wood floors), dusting entire house(including open cabinets and fans), cleaning kitchen, cleaning fridge, all appliances, bathroom, change bed linens, make bed, sweep and tidy front and back porch and patio bar, clean grill (when necessary), & clean windows. Our home is between 500-800 square feet and a loft style home. Trustworthy, attention to detail, punctual, experience cleaning houses (experience cleaning vacation rentals is a bonus), knowledge/experience cleaning wood a plus.

I have a 4 br 3. 5 BA house which has a second story. I only need 2BR (master downstairs and one upstairs) cleaned (vacuum/mop and dusted) but all 3. 5 BA need to be cleaned. Hardwood floor with rugs down stairs and carpet up stairs. Upstairs hallway, bedroom, and 2 bathrooms are the only thing needed to be done upstairs. Whole bottom floor. Kitchen with mainly wipe down of surfaces and appliances. Living room and bedrooms dust. Floors Swiffer And mop. I need a twice a month service. Monday and Tuesdays work best. But I can work with other days if needed. Needs to be able to give at least a 24 hr notice to cancel bc of moving things around to accommodate cleaning beforehand. We have a coded key pad and you will have unique code to access my residence. Yes driveway for parking 2 friendly labradoodles that will be confined in a room that will not need to be cleaned and out of the way.

My mother just spent a month in the hospital and the house unfortunately was ignored, so she needs some help getting it back into order and then biweekly help with cleaning it.
