My 4-year-old son and I, along with our 7 lb dog, live in a small, fairly new ranch home 5 miles outside Weaverville. It is usually just us but we occasionally have someone staying in the guest room for 1 to 2 nights. I'm a single mom and could use help with housekeeping every 1 to 3 weeks. I do have a specific cleaner I like used on the wood floors but otherwise I'm good with what you chose! It will mainly be a good overall home clean but occasional upkeep would be helpful like windows, fans, washing walls, etc. let me know if interested, thank you! I'd like someone who is thorough. Having a toddler means lots of germs from daycare and wherever getting in the house. It's important to be that the entire home be cleaned/disinfected even if it doesn't look dirty. Thank you! Has parking Small 7 lb, 10-year-old dog. Occasionally watch my parents boxer. They are friendly!

I live in a nice 2br/2ba apt in Weaverville. I recently fractured my ankle and have been non-weight bearing for 6 weeks. My apt is in shambles. 2 dogs live here but have been in the kennel for 6 weeks as I cannot care for them. I need a good general cleaning but the right person must also love to organize! I sell vintage/antiques so my house is full of items that need placed into totes and organized so I can get all of my medical equipment in the apt and be able to navigate safely with a knee roller/walker. Someone with a good sense of humor and a get it done attitude would be icing on the cake!
