We live in Ithaca, and my wife has required mostly companion-level home care since an accident in 2015 left her disabled. We have used a mix of agency care for weekdays and individuals (mainly IC and Cornell students) for evenings and weekends. We switched to Superior Sentiment in summer 2018 after an utterly exasperating 1.5 year experience with one Ithaca agency and ok but underwhelming service for 1.5 years from a second Ithaca agency. Our experience with SS has been by far the best. My wife's primary caregiver is outstanding - reliable, sensible, organized, focused. Billing, scheduling, and all administrative aspects have been flawless. I hope they keep growing, because we have a real need for the kind of care they deliver in Ithaca!
