I take infant to school age children. My hours are from 6am-6pm. Here is a sample of our daily schedule.
6:00 - 8:30 children arrive / free play
8:30 - 9:00 breakfast
9:00 - 10:00 nap for little ones who need a morning nap /quiet activities for toddlers educational TV show (Sesame Street is a favorite) books or quiet games / circle time/preschool time for those ready
10:00 - 11:00 play outside weather permitting / play room free play
11:00 - 11:30 songs / dance / clean up
11:30 - 12:00 lunch
12:00 - 3:00 nap / quiet time
3:00 - 3:30 clean up beds etc.
3:30 - 4:00 snack
4:00 - 5:00 organized activity (play dough, color, games etc.) / free play / outside weather permitting
5:00 - 6:00 clean up / free play until parents arrive - each child is encouraged to put away their toy before leaving…
