Hi, I had such I hopes for this place. With the change of ownership I thought things would change. So, I gave them a t rd y but the bad reviews are so accurate and I should have listened. The check in process is so disorganized and poorly staffed
It was a nightmare just to do the drop off. I did a quick walk through. No windows and sunlight. In a basement. Not many kids. Poorly staffed. Not attentive. I week and I was done
There is so many choices out there and please don't make the same mistakes I did.

Although the child care staff was good at this school (particularly Ms. Doris in the infant room) but the rate of turnover was so high there were different "teachers" watching the kids nearly every two weeks. We ultimately decided to take our toddler to another day-care facility because of how poorly managed this school is. The director and administrative staff provided shockingly poor communication with parents throughout the year we had our child enrolled, and it made us so uncomfortable leaving our child in their care.

The poor management was evident in the apathetic comments from teachers to the (sometimes truly concerning) tone of all communications between the administrative staff and the parents.

Child care is one of the aspects of life where you need seamless and mindful communication between the provider and parent--something that was lacking with the Little Seasons management staff from our first day of enrollment to the moment we were finally able to dis-enroll. This was our first experience with day care and I'm glad to say things are much better at our new facility. At least now we know what to look out for in terms of "red flags" when searching for child care.
