I am hardworking, respectable and reliable person. I have five years of experience with children as young as newborns to 5years old. I was working with two children 3month and 5moth for 2years. My most daily schedule is reading, singing, changing diapers, Feeding, go to library for story. I also encourage them to exercise by playing outdoors and we engage in creative activities when playing with their toys. My primary and most important responsibility is the safety and well-being of the children when the parents are away and to assist them with the children when they are home; During the day.

Lemlem is amazing, dependable and hardworking! We were fortunate enough to be with Lemlem as a part of a nanny share for 10 months. During that time she became an integral part of our family life. As a first time mom, I was apprehensive about leaving my infant son for the first time (especially during a pandemic), but Lemlem's calm and gentle demeanor made her a joy to work with and erased any new mom anxiety that I had! Having a background in childcare (but also as a mom herself) Lemlem became a resource that we could often count on for advice around sleep or eating issues. My son adored Lemlem and was always happy to see her. Lemlem truly cared about the children and created a loving, nurturing, and engaging environment for them. She was thoughtful about their development and would structure the days with music, sensory activities, reading books, and outside play. Lemlem is a special nanny and any family would be lucky to work with her!

Hi! I come from a big family and have always been the 'go to' person to watch all of the kids for my cousins and friends. I am very responsible, fun and creative and love to have constructive time and time to explore and play. I have a little brother and sister whom I've helped care for in Dominican Republic since they were newborns. I was a paid babysitter while in school and have experience caring for kids of all different ages. I am currently working as teachers assistant and have a 1-year-old son.

I hired Pamela this summer to work in my home, and I highly recommend her for countless reasons. Pamela demonstrated tremendous responsibility in taking care of our toddler twin boys and in keeping the house in working order and clean. She is kind, patient, diligent, trustworthy, dependable and WONDERFUL with children. It is clear to me that caring for children comes naturally for Pamela. Its obvious she loves working with children, and I see this manifest in her communication skills and creative ideas for activities. She followed the boys' routine but adapted to my children's needs if she noticed they were tired, hungry, etc. She also provided tremendous help buy doing the boys' laundry and occasional meal prep. Having Pamela care for our boys was truly a joy and gave my husband and I peace of mind knowing our children were well cared for, fed, entertained, and most importantly, safe. Ultimately, Pamela is an excellent nanny because she is so trustworthy. She is always on-time, honest, and would communicate well in advance if she needed to adjust her schedule slightly-which happened rarely. We would have loved to have her continue her time with us but she works full time at a Montessori school during the academic year (which we knew when we hired her). The bar has been set very high for future childcare providers we hire!
