Meka is a wonderful caregiver - reliable, compassionate, and skilled.  She took excellent care of my 84 year old father on overnight stays at his bedside.  My father had Alzheimer's, diabetes and sever osteoporosis, so he had multiple risk factors.  He would also wake up 3-6 times per night, and Meka would help him use the bathroom, manage any medical symptoms, and ease him back to sleep.
