Creative Nanny

Namaste, My name is Iman and I am a enthusiastic and energetic Nanny who enjoys hiking with my lab, yoga, gardening, and sitting for my neighbors! I am currently in school to become a natural path at the washing institute of natural medicine. I love being a nanny because it allows me to be a helping hand to not only the children but to the parents as well by taking care the housekeeping, running errands and taking care of the pet care. But the best part is getting the chance to interact with the adorable children, keeping them safe, being a role model, and all while having a great time.

We interviewed Iman for a nanny position for 2 toddlers. We loved her in our virtual interview and her references raved about her. The night before our scheduled in-person interview she requested we postpone because there was a thunderstorm warning for the area. We declined to postpone until day of, and only if it was unsafe to drive (since there was a low chance of rain at the time of her interview and well, it's northern VA - there are always thunderstorm warnings!). This was a red flag for us and we didn't want to waste valuable time on an in-person interview if it wasn't a good fit, so we also asked her to make sure she was going to be comfortable commuting in all types of weather (since we would be a longer commute than she had been doing). She never replied back and did not show for the interview. I don't think she would have been dependable for us, but my guess she is amazing with kids!
