I currently work for a family with 6 children (twins who are 3 1/2, triplets who are 5 1/2 and an 8-year-old). There are 5 girls and one boy, the boy is one of the twins and he has William's Syndrome. I provide care for all of the children but I spend a lot of my time working with the boy. I am paid through public partnerships for the care services I provide for this child and I am paid by the parents for the childcare I provide for the other children. I enjoy working with all kinds of children and I especially enjoy helping and working with this child because he is one of the most loving and precious boys I have ever had the privilege of meeting. The services I provide for this child include working with him on his speech and sentences, active play, feeding him meals, giving him medicine that he must take daily and preparing and giving him a shot he must have every night before he goes to bed. I have been working with this family part-time for a year and a half and I absolutely love it.
