I am a compassionate, fun-loving, reliable caregiver with a lot of energy, patience and enthusiasm for helping others. I have extensive experience with Seniors, Developmentally Disabled Adults and Children both here in Washington and in Montana. Specifically, my life experience includes being Assistant Manager for 8 years at an Adult Family Home in Everett, 4 years managing a Special Needs home for Autistic and Dually Diagnosed young adults, supervising Disabled Adults in work-place settings, as well as being a Teacher's assistant in Special Education, grades primary through Junior High. I currently provide 24 hour wrap-around services for a Senior in her home, 24 hours per day, 4 days per week. I've been employed in this position for just over 3 years. In 2007, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and a Minor in Human Rights. I believe strongly in maintaining the dignity and respect of all individuals, particularly those with special challenges.
