I am a 20-year-old third year college student who is very understanding and compassionate of those with special needs. I have experience babysitting special needs children ages 8-12. Some of these families have included families with both special needs and non-special needs children and special needs twins. I have specific experience working with children with Autism and Asperger's syndrome. In addition, my mom is a 4th-5th grade special education teacher and I have come into her classroom a few times to help out. I love pets, reading and playing games and am a non-smoker.

Alison has taken care of my three children on numerous occasions. She was very patient and reassuring with my children. I have two sons on the autistic spectrum and she dealt with them beautifully. As a teacher, I was also able to see her work with my students as she was a camp counselor for our fifth grade camp. Finally, she also worked as a lifeguard at the pool next to my home. She was very vigilant. She was also very kind to my three children when they visited the pool. Alison is wonderful with children! By the way, we call her Ali.
