Zilfa is conscientious, responsible, trustworthy and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her most appreciated trait is her commitment to please the customer. Combined with an outstanding work ethic that is sadly absent among many people these days, Zilfa can be counted on to do what is required of her and to go beyond, by figuring out what she can do to make life easier for the people with whom she works. Under the care of Zilfa, my toddlers were well taken care of. Her remarkable patience and empathy put her name in their vocabulary very quickly. She bathed them, fed them, entertained them and of course, always went beyond what was required of her, as she understood the *spirit* of her job -- as opposed to viewing it as something like a "to do" checklist of tasks. With Zilfa, I can assure you that you will not have to settle for someone who will "just show up". If you have been disappointed by interviewing people with an "entitlement" attitude or appear to be indifferent, or fail to return phone calls, or show up late, or have an "edge" to them, then you will really be in for a treat here.
