Hi all! Other than a few years of paid experience as a caregiver for children and adults with other needs, I have around 15 years of personal and volunteer experience and feel comfortable caring for and supporting many folks in their needs. I'm especially well-equipped to care for children with autism (I have two autistic children myself, one of which is a teenager now), and all folks with mental health needs, and adults with cognitive needs. I enjoy a light-hearted, consistent approach to care with active listening and engagement. I have personal experiences monitoring and responding to food allergy reactions using an epipen.
