Hello! I am new to Care. com but I am not new to work with special needs. From past experience I have worked at a non-profit that works with adults with special needs who seek employment. This job allowed me to understand them on a deeper level while even working through some of their challenges. As for a more recent job, I am working with special needs little from TK- 1st grade. This classroom is big and full of many different disorders and behaviors. I have learned the patience and my compassion is what allows me to work best with Little's with special needs.
