The experience I have to offer comes from caring for a young adult who was a quadriplegic as a result of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy as well as caring for seniors of all types of disabilities. I have had a little experience caring for GI tubes, using a hoyer, bathing and dressing individuals of varying disabilities. I am caring and empathetic and make it a practice to treat each person with respect as I see each of us as unique individuals with something to offer this world no matter any disabilities or challenges each person has. I have years of experience of working with children, adults and seniors, in both institutional and private settings. I am also a licensed massage therapist and understand the body, it's inner workings and the soothing and healing power that touch provides us all.
