Referring to my experience in assistance with those who have a disability, NISRA and NASR, my former places of employment, worked with a variety of individuals who required different levels of support. This included CPR and First Aid assistance, emotional and crisis management, feeding and transfers, showers and changing, swimming supervision and lessons, and encouraging social engagement in public spaces such as restaurants and parks.
