My name is Tashay, I have been in the health field for 11 years. I have experience working in all different types of settings. 8 Years in nursing home working with dementia, Alzheimer's patients, rehab patients, and disability doing personal care, feeding, transferring with hoyer lift, administer medication and dressing. 5 Years working at south shore hospital, working with trauma and all types of health issues. 3 year of live-in Home care with Alzheimer s patient that is total dependent and also recently went on hospice. I also recently took on a care manager position in JAN 2020 for a couple that has dementia. I enjoy every second of what I do, taking care and creating a comfortable and welcoming environment makes me who I am today. Being a care manager have helped me grow and gained a lot of experience in a management role. It makes me feel good knowing that I can make someone's day better by doing the thing they need help with the most
