I have cared for various people with disabilities ranging from speech delay, hard of hearing, trouble moving around, I am very hardworking, honest, I listen and follow directions exceptionally well. One important trait to have, I think is to always try to remain positive and helpful. I almost never let things bug me and if anything does upset my mood it in no way interferes with my work at all. My goal is always to deliver the best service to everyone that I am able to do. Past employers of mine have always complimented me on how hard I work, and that I pay attention to what they say. They also like that I do what they ask without them having to constantly check up on me. I am one of those people who truly does care about the well being of others. If I am making someone else feel better or if I know that I helped someone, it makes me feel good.
