I have worked one-on-one with individuals with Autism, heart defects, Epilepsy, ADD, and ADHD. I have also helped provide therapy for a much wider range of special needs as an intern. There they provide horse therapy for people with special needs from a wide range of backgrounds, ages, and particular needs. I have always found myself gravitating toward helping others with special needs. I think that I learn as much from the people I have worked with as I have taught them. I couldn't imagine doing anything other than working with special needs individuals.
