From a very young age I have been passionate about working with children and have dedicated much of my time to serving the children in our community. I have had opportunities to gain experience working specifically with children with disabilities in a variety of settings. I have worked in a pediatric therapy clinic for the last four years, worked as a nanny for 2 children and have spent time working in a daycare setting with children from birth to 18 years. I have also volunteered for adaptive sports programs and am the founder of an adaptive ballet program that is designed specifically for children with disabilities. In addition to my skills working with children, I also have strong communication skills, am organized, able to quickly adapt to unexpected changes and take initiative.
