I absolutely love children! Their needs will always come before mine and making them laugh is a must. They are little "sponges" and need positive influences in this world to look up to as they grow up and mature into wonderful young adults. I want to be that role-model for your children! I have worked with multiple types of wonderful people. I have worked inside a handicap and mentally disabled children's classroom; some non-functional or mobile. My brother-in-law was also paralyzed in Jan. 2012, so my heart goes out to those who are handicapped. I have cared for a teenage boy with autism each morning, and my responsibilities consisted of bathing, prepping meals, dressing and stabilizing emotional situations, as well as seeing him off safely to school. I also just completed a job for about 4 months with a little boy and girl. The little boy had Cyctic Fibrosis and I was able to learn his protocol.
