I came to do this type of work when my grandfather was in need of care. My family made a decision to keep him at home. We as a family made sure all his need was meet each day with love and kindness. Been a care giver make sure they are please and happy with their care. Working along with the families making sure of safety and care is giving. I'd describe my personality as trust worthy, happy fun. I like caring for people with special needs because I am able to give support to those who are less fortunate. I'm looking for a job that I can give great value and skills. I started caring for people with special needs 9 years ago. In my spare time, I like to read and pray. One thing you should know about me I am a dependable person. Problem solving, time management, communication active listening, compassion supportive kindness with respect.
