I love working with all kids, however working with and caring for kids with exceptionalities has really brought a new light to my life. I have had the fortunate opportunities to work with students with a wide variety of interests, abilities, needs and goals. With this, I have gained experience in the fields of special education, ABA, 1:1 and group caregiving, adaptive living skills, teaching social skills, and individualized instruction. I have gained concentrated experience in positive behavior management, positive reinforcement, IEP specific support, and supporting kids in growing and being their best selves (while being silly and having fun). I am passionate about creating safe and engaging environments and strive to be encouraging and imaginative. "Lacking energy" has never been a phrase thrown my direction and my wife and I have had the pleasure of raising more than 8 children combined. Please reach out and I would love to chat.
