Hello! I have 2 years of experience assisting a wheelchair bound woman with physical and intellectual/learning disabilities. I assisted with activities of daily living including dressing, the bathroom, cooking, and traveling. Additionally I was trained to lead her in an exercise regimen modeled after Conductive Education, which aims to strengthen brain to body patterns that facilitate the most physical independence in daily living. I believe my background in the arts have provided me with sharp critical thinking skills, a creative outlook, and a confidence in problem solving.
