My name is Pierce and I have degree in Special Education from the University of Cincinnati. I have experience working with people with disabilities from 8-18 years old. I have worked in schools but also in the home as well. I currently work at a separate facility school for kids who have extreme behaviors. I also have experience in a Social Communications and School Fundamentals classroom (autism and communication needs) that was comprised of 5th and 6th graders. I can offer home care as well as academic assistance if wanted.

Pierce was a volunteer peer helper in my special needs classroom. My classroom contained students with a variety of disabilities including Down Syndrome, Autism, and Intellectual Disability and more. He assisted academically, emotionally, socially, and even invited and hosted events for my students to attend. My students thought the world of Pierce and they would often listen to what he said and follow through with more age appropriate actions and activities. Pierce was asked to do so much and never, ever would he say no! He is an outstanding young man who was a great leader, responsible, respectful, and dependable. Please let me know if you need any other information on Pierce. There is not any reason why he would not be an ideal candidate for your position. I can not think of anything but positives on this young man. Sincerely, Cindy G.
