Paulette employs a child centered approach with her kids. She is extremely energetic and fun. My kids loved her and waited by the door for her arrival. Paulette understands the importance of attachment and healthy boundaries both with her kiddos and the family. She implements a healthy balance of firmness and nurturing in her child rearing practices. Because of this skill my children have benefited in ways I would not have been able implement myself.
