I have experience working with an autistic adult, accompanying her to her day program and taking her out for leisure activities (mall, casual dining, walks in the neighborhood, etc.). During graduate school, I gained experience with adults with communication disorders or challenges, usually secondary to brain injury. I have helped adults with aphasia with functional communication, cognitive tasks, and daily living activities. I am still currently isolating as much as possible just to err on the side of caution, but I anticipate beginning to babysit again in September. **I am only seeking occasional evening and weekend sitting.** References will be provided upon request, and I am also willing to submit a background check.
