My name is Ryan and I began working in this field in college through an internship about 5 years ago and am still working with that client to this day. My client has Autism and since working with her and other clients that have Autism, I have learned how to communicate and empower my clients so they can feel happy and in control of their own lives. I am very into fitness/health so my clients have been able to go to the gym with me or even go for walks and bike rides. I want to make sure my clients are healthy and also have an outlet for energy so they can be content throughout the day. The client I am working with currently has lost 30 pounds in the past year just through me helping with dietary choices and helping her become more active. I hope to help many more achieve their goals whether it be fitness related or not, I am just happy to help my clients and make them feel accomplished.
