Pleasure to work with pros: very professional and knowledgeable has a great personality tons of medical experience and our whole family loved her we're a large country family and do unannounced visits no matter when we'd come or who'd pop up mom was always being taken care of now the cons: rain sleet or snow she'll be there it's not unusual for her to be late but once she's there you have no worries she's fully invested in whatever needs to be done
