Greetings! I have dedicated the last 10 years to serving youth in my community. Having worked for the school district and local non-profits (YMCA, Residential Foster Homes, Domestic Violence Shelters), my passion is for providing support, compassion, and guidance for children and their families. I am highly skilled in developing action plans with youth academically and behaviorally. My formal education is in Behavioral Healthcare with a concentration in Children's Mental Health; I also hold an AA in Elementary Education. My degree has provided me insight into new, scientific-based treatment approaches as well as knowledge on trauma-informed care, positive behavior practices, and applied behavior analysis concepts.
