Melanie has been with us for two years. She has incredible patience, is kind, gentle and really loving. We have an 8 year old behaviorally challenged little boy who is very difficult to manage, and my son adores her. She provides just the right combination of kindness and discipline, and I would have lost my sanity a long time ago were it not for Melanie. She is a gift to our family.
