My name is Melanie and I'm so excited to help your child(ren) achieve those "lightbulb moments" in learning! During the day, I teach students with mild/moderate learning difficulties in a resource setting. My experience as a special education teacher with a master's in curriculum/instruction has equipped me with valuable resources, skills, and strategies to help you and your family create and achieve learning goals and make learning fun! My approach to tutoring includes evidence-based multi-sensory strategies to engage your child in the material, boost executive functioning skills, and ensure that progress is being made.
