My professional experience extends a decade. Beginning in Respite Care, I graduated into working in the educational environment, both at private and public schools within Los Angeles, specializing in work with children and adults with severe emotional disturbance and special needs. At both private and public locations, I worked in high to low restrictive environments, but also worked in Resource Specialization. After relocating back to the Midwest last summer, I worked as a Crisis Responder, but also worked at an adult crisis center (step-down) with individuals with co-occurring disorders. This year, I began working in case management at an adolescent day treatment program that focuses on trauma-informed group therapy. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, graduate with my Masters in Clinical Psychology in 06. 2022, and begin my PsyD (doctorate) next fall. My aim is to find part-time work with families who need one to one behavior intervention, crisis management, or tutoring.
