Hi there! I'm Lyndsey. My caregiving experience began at a young age as a personal assistant for my cousin with cerebral palsy. I developed a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, which led to having several part-time and full-time positions serving individuals of all ages and varying abilities for over a decade. As a result of my previous jobs, I am a trained DSP, completed CPI training, and have experience providing personal care, social/emotional support, life skills, and job coaching. My work experience also includes leading programs for fitness, athletics, art fundamentals, and career development. I currently work full-time as a remote consultant for a software company and have flexibility with my schedule. Ideally, I'd like to find a family that needs extra assistance during after-school or evening hours and some weekends if needed.
