I am a Certified Medical Assistant. I am a non smoker. For the last 20 plus years, I have been following my passion to reach out to handicapped and/or mentally impaired people of all ages. I started volunteering in an old age home at the age of 15 and continued volunteering with a nonprofit program. This program helped quadriplegic and paraplegics of all ages learn to sail on modified boats. That experience then led into my involvement with the Special Olympics. I am a mother of 4, have been extremely blessed to be a stay at home mom. I am ready to revisit my dream and passion to help. I have extensive experience working with all ages battling any type of developmental delays and/or degenerative diseases. I also have quality experience with para and quadriplegic patients. I am physically capable and emotionally prepared for care giving with special exposures to dementia and mental retardation. I work well with all ages!
