Hello there! For as long as I can remember, I have valued and deeply appreciated children that are rightly recognized as "special." Though they may process the world a bit differently than what many are used to, they have an appreciation and value for the simple things that many of us forget for the sake of "busyness." All of that to say, my special needs care is rooted in passion before experience, of which I have much. My college education is in Biology, Psychology, Special Education and Speech Language Pathology. In addition to providing at home care to families for 13 years, I have taught in a classroom setting for a number of years for middle and high school. I hope to have the opportunity to work with your precious child!
