I excel working with fairly independent , minimal to zero behavior challenges. I currently serving 4 awesome very capable ladies in home for 18 yrs. Asleep overnights with a few hours in morning's. They all are independent with personal cares outside of an occasional reminder for showering. Some have p/t jobs other has day program. As an Overnight DSP, I continue supporting their independence, Med supervision, overnight safety, companionship etc.
