I am very good at connecting with hard to reach individuals and I think that is partially because I have had my own battle with mental illness. I was diagnosed at 8 and after 16 years I am happy and competent. I have learned tons of coping skills and excelled at mindfulness meditation and dialectical behavioral therapy. My only goal in life is to provide care, assurance, support and advocacy for those in need.
