Hi there! My name is Lily and I am a current D1 student-athlete at Sacred Heart University! I am soon to be graduating with undergrad in Speech-Language Pathology. When it comes to children or adults with different needs I am super understanding and knowledgeable. As a future SLP, I have studied numerous diagnoses as well as worked with children with special needs. I spend my summers as a Paraprofessional working with children who have an autism diagnosis and find expressive language difficult. This being said, one of my stronger abilities is helping every child communicate, whether this is AAC(alternate augmentative communication), ASL(I am fluent in American Sign Language!), body language/emotions, and more! I am a firm believer in Nuero-diversity and understand every child or adult is different! Please reach out with any questions.
