I've worked in various fields of this amazing field. I've run group homes, I've done in home and in facility care. My specialty has been in AS and intellectual disabilities, but I've done a bit of everything. I am not current on my CNA but am in the process of getting my NAR reactivated. In any support I give clients, my number one focus is independence. I want to do whatever is necessary to help you achieve whatever goals you may have! I truly believe everyone is capable of growing given the right support For more medical focused care, my goals are to ensure safety and consistency; and to adapt to the changing medical needs through vigealence and diligent communication with the care team. As of right now I have a full time job Thursday-Monday during the day. I'm only looking to supplement my income. Looking for someone who maybe needs assistance occasionally in the evening or overnight. Or perhaps parents looking for a break every once in awhile. Looking forward to meeting you!
